Refund Policy

 

• Changes to your order including rescheduling and cancellations can be emailed to [email protected]. If your order is cancelled with more than 72 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund on your total order. No refunds will be given for cancellations under 72 hours notice. 
• To cancel your order please email [email protected] 
• Order adjustments including cancelling select dishes or reducing quantities are not permitted due to supplier and kitchen arrangements.
• Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss complaint resolutions if your order was missing items or not fit for purpose.
