Placing Orders

To place your order online, please follow these steps:

1. Click here to view our menu   
2. 'Add to cart' all the items that you would like   
3. Click on the shopping bag icon or 'Go to checkout'   
4. If you have a promo code, enter it and click 'Apply'    
5. Create an account, login or use the guest checkout to continue   
6. Follow the prompts and enter your contact, delivery & payment details   
7. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email


Special Message

If you would like us to add a hand-written note to your order, please specify your message in the special requests.

 

Cut Off Times

How much notice is required before placing an order?

It is best to place your order as far in advance as you can. If a day is “greyed out” it means that catering has reached capacity for that day, but you are welcome to call us and we will do our best to see if we can fit you in. You can place an order up to 4 hours prior to the time you would like your food to be ready, provided we have capacity.

Changes to orders

Please contact us on (07) 4032 3878 or at [email protected] as soon as possible if you require changes to your order and we will do our best to assist you.

The best way to order for people with dietary requirements  and allergens is by ordering them a seperate meal/items from the

“platters for one” menu, we have sandwiches, wraps and dietary cakes available, just note the requirements.

Allergens

Please write your allergens in the special requests section and we will do our best to ensure that no cross contamination occurs.

Delivery & Pick Up

Delivery and Pick Up Times

  • Delivery and pick up is available from Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm and 8am - 1:15pm on Saturday's to Cairns and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary, please allow a minimum of 15 minutes either side of your preferred time. If timing is crucial, please let us know!
  • It is best to order your delivery to arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to the time your event.
  • Pick up is from our address: 130-132 Collins Avenue, Edge Hill (in between NOA and the Service Station)
  • We are closed on Sunday's and Public Holidays

Delivery Prices

  • Delivery to areas with the postcode 4870  is $25 per delivery
  • Delivery to areas with the postcode 4879, 4878, 4868 and 4869 is $30 per delivery
  • Delivery to areas with the postcode 4881 + 4865 is $50 per delivery
  • Delivery to areas with the postcode 4877, 4880, 4883, 4887 is $150per delivery
  • Delivery is FREE for orders over $500 (4870)
  • We are closed on Sunday's and Public Holidays

Surcharges may apply on Weekends.

Delivery to areas outside of the specified post codes can be quoted, contact us on (07) 4054 3552 or email us on [email protected] and we can assist you.

Box Sizing

Box Sizes

Large Boxes are 22” x 10”   
Medium Boxes are 14” x 10”   
Small Boxes are 9”x 9”

Is Cutlery Provided?

Cutlery

It is not included but a set including a plate, knife, fork and napkin can be added for $1.50 per person

Payments & Cancellations

Payments

If you have an account with us, out payment terms are 7 days. If you do not have an account, payment terms are upon ordering. Payment can be made via direct bank deposit, credit card payment or PayPal, depending on the level of your account.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order or postpone your order, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your order time. You will be entitled to your choice of 50% refund or 100% credit if within the window. If you have missed this window, please give us a call or email us at and we may be able to assist you.

Christmas is Coming

Order your Christmas Day Catering for the 24th December, it will be packaged for you to eat on Christmas Day with instructions for reheating.
